you should be able to do this already.

Open an outfit and at the bottom you will find the option to "Duplicate". This opens the canvas and when you press save it basically saves it as a new outfit.

There's another way to do this too: When you use the planner on the home screen and you add an outfit for a specific date, you see your list of existing outfits. When you tap on your existing outfit you will see the "Edit a copy" option which copies the outfit and let's you edit a duplicated version basically. (you need to be on the latest app version for this feature).
