you can sort/filter items by "least worn" and "not used in outfits"

But even better, there's a ~newish~ feature where you can sort by "Last Worn Date" based on calendar data.

So the items that you don't use for a while or never used can be at the bottom. It helps me to tag what needs to be in use again, fixed, replaced, or what just needs to go!
