Hello Fits Team,

It is unacceptable that you do not have a public email address for customers to reach you. Your AI chat prioritizes your privacy over clients who have paid for the app.

I feel that all of the feedback I have provided to Fits goes ignored. The photo enhancement consistently gives my photo enhancements female breasts. I AM NOT A FEMALE AND I WANT TO SEE A MALE BODY TYPE ENABLED.

I think if a photo enhancement is asked to retry multiple times I should not be charged a credit. Your app has no feedback option on the photos and then your ai chat asks for me to be responsible for taking screenshots… and to provide the chat monster information your organization already has…

I want to like your app, I want to be able to use it but there are so many flaws where it is nit justifiable for the cost.
