Currently this is indeed the expected behavior, when you add multiple tags or colors etc. it's not "AND" but rather "OR". Meaning "red" OR "blue" t-shirts for example.

What you are suggesting is to basically have control over wether you want to filter items where both tags match vs any of the tags. I agree it'll be nice but it also adds complexity to the filtering so I will keep an eye out on how many people will upvote this before making a decision. Thanks for your understanding!
